Had a great experience using J & J Towing, called the evening before I needed a tow and he showed up right at the scheduled time & had it dropped off in time for my appointment for a fair price.

This company needs to be on every insurance company's "go to" list. I had a flat tire late Sunday evening (tire came off the rim), called my insurance company's Road Assistance line and they couldn't find anyone to take the call. After over 3 HOURS, they tried the "out of network" list and J & J Towing was called. They were on the spot within 20 minutes...at 3:40AM!!! Very friendly, professional and respectful of the vehicle as well. I was on the road in less than 30 minutes. I'll be having a conversation with my insurance provider about their "list". But in the meantime I hope I don't have that experience again but if I need assistance, I'll be calling J & J first. I highly recommend this company.

Car broke down on the way home from work. Called J and he arrived fast and towed my car from Renton to kent. J was such a kind and gentle man. Great guy. Tow was fast and I got an excellent prize. All around a good experience and I can recommend this company with confidence
